Real stories of inclusive leadership from the PENTATEAMS project
The PENTATEAMS Erasmus+ Project brings together partners from Austria, Spain, Italy, Greece, and France to explore how managers successfully lead diverse teams. Managers from each country were interviewed, and their experiences now serve as practical case studies and inspiration for others.
Video interviews and accompanying written guides are available to help other managers implement inclusive practices in their organizations.
