PENTATEAMS Project: Work Package 2 overview
The PENTATEAMS consortium has recently completed its second work package, which comprises a comprehensive booklet, a self-evaluation tool, and a training system aimed at helping managers and team leaders enhance their skills in fostering inclusive teams.
- The booklet
The booklet delves into the five key areas outlined in Google’s Project Aristotle, focusing on inclusion and diversity within the labour market across partner countries: France, Spain, Italy, Austria, and Greece. It defines and explains psychological safety, dependability, structure and clarity, meaning, and impact, highlighting their importance in creating inclusive and supportive work environments. - Self-Evaluation tool
This tool is designed for managers and team leaders to assess their effectiveness in creating an inclusive and high-performing team environment. It measures competencies in five areas identified by Project Aristotle, helping leaders evaluate and improve their abilities to foster inclusivity and drive performance. Users can use the scores to identify areas for improvement, allowing targeted development efforts to improve team dynamics.
- Training System
The training system consists of 20 modules to address various topics. Each area includes the following modules, tailored to meet specific learning objectives and skill development needs:
