A fruitful initial meeting for the continuation of the project

Inclusion and diversity in the workplace are essential for cohesive and high-performing teams. It is based on this observation that the Pentateams project was born, bringing together GIP FIPAN (France), INDEPCIE (Spain), Skill Up (Italy), Innovation Frontiers (Greece), and the Austrian Association for Inclusive Society (AIS) (Austria) around a common objective: to improve communication, interpersonal relationships, and productivity within teams by fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.

In this context, on June 26 and 27, 2024, the partners met at the GIP FIPAN premises in Nice for the project’s first transnational meeting. After 7 months of collaboration, this event was an opportunity to review the progress made since the project’s launch, plan future activities until the scheduled conclusion in October 2025, and meet in person for the first time since the project’s inception.

In particular, the partners discussed activities nearing completion, such as the self-assessment tool and the training system (Work Package 2), and upcoming ones, like the creation of interview videos with managers and team leaders (Work Package 3). Time was also devoted to activities related to communication and project management, as well as the presentation of other Erasmus+ projects led by consortium members, to enhance mutual understanding between organizations and build bridges between projects.

This initial in-person meeting represented a crucial step in advancing the project, with promising prospects for the future.
