Pentateams Online Toolkit: a quick presentation
The 4th result of the Pentateams project is an online toolkit for the employees, available online, for free (as always) and in all project languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Greek). It consists of 5 main parts:
- Flipbooks on 5 project areas (psychological safety, dependability, clarity, meaning, impact)
- Videos on the same areas, not only translated but also with voice overs in all project languages
- An image-based quiz game
- A single-choice quiz game
- A true or false quiz game
The quizzes include questions about each of the 5 project areas. Overall, we have produced 25 resources.
How to use the Online Toolkit…
- if you are an employee: explore our Toolkit online in your preferred language to expand your knowledge regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace. You can read the flipbooks online or print them out, watch the videos on the Pentateams website or directly on YouTube, and play around with the quiz games.
- if you are an employer: introduce the Toolkit to your employees and invite them to explore it. Discuss the flipbooks and videos during a dedicated D.E.I. team meeting and play the quizzes together as a warm-up or ice-breaking activity.
